1. I called my insurance company about an incident that I had at my home to see if it was covered.  They insisted that they had to treat it as a claim and assigned a claim number.  Now it is on my claim record even though I was not covered.  What can I do?

First, contact the company and explain that you do not feel that this should be on your record. Next, go to www.choicepointinc.com and request a copy of your CLUE report. Finally, file a complaint with us to review the circumstances.
